Outlook Web Access (OWA)
Once your mailbox has finished migrating, you will experience the following upon accessing OWA:
1 - When you access https://mail.4emm.com, you will receive the following message:
2 - Close your web browser, reopen it and go to the following URL: http://mail.emmcloud.com. The following screen will appear.
3 - You will need to enter your new password that you received via email the day prior to your migration. Please note: if you don’t have your password, please contact your company IT administrator.
4 - Once you’re logged in, you have successfully completed the process and are using your new mailbox. You will see all of your email and can continue working normally at this point.
5 - If you have any issues with this process, please contact your company IT administrator.
