NOTE - ActiveSync services must be enabled on the user mailbox pior to running an activation attempt. If ActiveSync is not enabled, the activation attempt will fail.
On the device go to Settings < Accounts < Advanced (bottom of the screen) < Work Account
User ID: Enter the user's full email address
Activation Password: Enter the activation password provided by our Support Team
Server Address: S82909462
During the activation process the device will prompt to create a Workspace password. This password will be used to access the "Work" profile on the device and can be set to be the primary device password if you choose. This will be the only password you will need to remember to access work email on the device.
After the activation procedure has completed the device will prompt for the mailbox password. NOTE: This is the Microsoft Exchange mailbox password, not the activation or the "Workspace" password.
