- Launch your Email App
- Press the WINDOWS key on your keyboard to access the Windows 10 Start menu
- Select Mail
- Add an email account
- Click the Settings icon
- Click Manage Accounts
- Click Add Account
- Under Choose an account, scroll down and click Advanced setup at the bottom of the list
- Click Exchange ActiveSync
- Enter Exchange ActiveSync settings
- Email address: your full email address
- Password: your mailbox password
- User name: your full email address
- Domain: leave this blank
- Server:
- Exchange 2010: email.hostaccount.com
- Exchange 2013: mail.h01.hostedmail.net
- Account Name: enter a name for the account
- Click Sign in
NOTE: ActiveSync needs to be enabled on your mailbox. Click here for admin instructions for enabling activesync.
