After the mailboxes have been moved to the new the platform, changes need to be made to the existing Mac Mail account for it to connect to the new servers.

For Mac Mail on OS X 10.10 and above
- Go to Mail > Preferences
- Select Accounts and choose Exchange account.
- Select the Advanced tab and uncheck Automatically detect and maintain account settings.
- Close your mail.
- Then, return to Mail > Preferences
- Select Accounts and choose Exchange account.
- Select the Account Information tab and edit both the Internal Server and External Server to mail.h01.hostedmail.net .

- Close the window.
- You should now be able to send and receive.
For Mac Mail on OS X 10.9 and below
- Go to Mail > Preferences
- Select Accounts and choose Exchange account.
- Select the Account Information tab and uncheck Use Autodiscover service.
- Edit both the Internal Server and External Server to mail.h01.hostedmail.net .
- Close the window.
- You should now be able to send and receive.
